i feel this! i spent ages trying to work up the courage to make an appointment and in the end someone else had to do it for me. if you have someone who you could ask to call it could really help! good luck! <3
the first time i had mental health issues my mother made the appointment for me, but at that time i was still living at home and we had the same doctor and stuff. i feel like i’m too much of an ‘adult’ this time around to have my mom do it for me, plus that would mean that i would have to tell her that i’m actually making an appointment in the first place. i think i just have to somehow suck it up and do it. but thank you so much!! <3
