I read the Fault in Our Stars on a 4 hour plane ride to New York and I was sitting there bawling and the lady next to me was genuinely concerned for my well being. Be prepared to cry. (but it's sooo good that the crying is totally worth it)

3. If you could visit any country, what would it be and why?

England.  BBC has been the death of me and I want to see the sights that have ruined my life.  Plus it’s a hop, skip, and a boat ride from the rest of Europe.

4. How many pets have you ever had? What were they? What were their names?

Throughout my entire life, I’ve had 8 pets: Velvet, a black German Shepherd/Chow Chow/Cocker Spaniel mutt; E.T., an African Grey parrot; Fish, Phil, and Fred, all three of ‘em beta fish; Whispering Prince (a.k.a. Prince), a Snow White hamster; Friar Tuck (a.k.a. Tuck), a Quaker parrot; and Sadie, a German Shepherd/Husky mix.  Out of all of those, only Tuck and Sadie are still living.  

5. If you had the opportunity to go on a random plane that you didn’t know where it was going, would you board?

Nope.  I have horrible motion sickness, especially on planes.  If I don’t know the final destination, it would not be worth it for me to climb on a plane and deal with that.

6. Would you rather be a sailor or music composer?

Music composer.  Sailing involves being out on the sea (which would set off my motion sickness) and out in constant sun exposure (which is not so good for a ginger like me).  Music, on the other hand, is something I love.  But I really can’t compose, so I don’t know how well that would work out.

7. If you could change your accent, what would you change it to?

I wouldn’t.  I love my accent.

8. Would you rather be blind or deaf?

Blind.  As much as I love reading and pictures and movies and all that, I can’t live without music.  And I can always learn brail and form mental images of what I’m missing.  I would miss driving terribly, though.

9. What’s your favourite thing about the house/flat you live in?

Um, my computer?

10. What’s your middle name?

Leigh

11. If you could wake up with an amazing talent, what would it be? Why?

To be able to play any instrument.  I already know how to play 2, but to be able to play piano and strings and all those other instruments would be divine.
