Idk if you’ve answered a question like this before ajsjsj but uh? What if someone only had one wing, but the one they do have is very conventionally beautiful. Would they be pitied and ‘tragic’ or be considered just ugly?
I think it would depend on why they only had one. This society would probably be slightly more forgiving of a tragic accident than a birth defect, but either way, definitely pitied, tragic, and probably considered unsightly. So...yes to both I suppose.
