Exhibit A: The Fan
The lineage of LetsMoveDown can be traced back to a single sporting event. As fans during a game, we noticed that the best seats in the house were consistently empty throughout the duration of the game. One of us called the other one day and posed the ever-famous innocent question, "wouldn't it be awesome if we could buy those empty seats?"
And awesome it was.
LetsMoveDown was created to solve the frustrations that many fans experience during the game. Chiefly, LetsMoveDown was designed to help alleviate the pain points felt by John Q. Fan:
The best seats in the house remain empty throughout the entire game. Those empty seats look terrible on TV, frustrate the fans who sit higher up and dishearten the players.
If I have tickets that I can't use or sell, my only option is to acquaint them with my garbage can.
Selling tickets has become very cumbersome and expensive.
Do those problems resonate?
Enter LetsMoveDown. We created this solution to help the average fan reconnect with their love of the game. We're a solution created by the fan and for the fan. No longer will you have to stare longingly at those empty court side seats. No longer will have to sell your kidney to have access to the best seats in the house. Now you will be rewarded by your team with amazing offers such as concession discounts and team apparel for simply being an amazing fan.
For the holders of tickets, you now have access to a brand new in-game market with eager buyers willing to give you a return on your unusable tickets. Additionally, you won't have to deal with unnecessary headaches that technology has eradicated such as sending tickets to a buyer. Excessive fees such as printing fees or shipping fees? Forget about it, they're gone. All you have to do is use the LMD app to scan your ticket's barcode, confirm the info and post them for sale during the game. It's beautiful in its simplicity.
Does this sound like a Utopian society for fans? Hardly. This is the new reality, and LetsMoveDown is proud to bring it directly to the fans. We're hear so that you can stop worrying about the annoying headaches of today's fan and focus on what you do best: cheering your brains out for your team.

How Do I Buy an Upgrade Ticket on LetsMoveDown?
Buying an upgrade ticket on LetsMoveDown is almost as easy as selling a ticket (let's face it, nothing is as easy as selling a ticket on LMD).
If you are a fan watching a game at a partner team of LetsMoveDown, you can use the free app to view, bid on or purchase in-game ticket upgrades at any point during the game.
On top of that, the price of the ticket upgrades listed for sale decreases based off of our pricing algorithm that takes a number of variables into account, including: home team record, away team record, competitiveness of the game, day of the week, time of the game, the location of the seat upgrade and the time of the game. A lot of math went behind that algorithm, but all you need to know is that the price of an upgrade ticket decreases as the game increases.
So, let's walk through a quick example of how to buy an upgrade ticket on LMD.
Step 1: Click "Upgrade Tickets" and view the list of available tickets to purchase.
Step 2: Click "Auto-Pilot" if you want to roll the dice and place a bid price on a particular section ($20 for Section 101?)
Step 3: If you're an "I want it now!" personality, just click on the seat that you are interested in and check out the view from the upgrade seat.
Step 4: Confirm the ticket information
Step 5: Either enter your credit card information manually or use your camera to take a picture of your card. If you've used LMD before, it's just a simple 1-click purchase.
Step 6: Receive your upgrade ticket right on your phone and use it to enjoy your better seat!
Remember, this is just focused on how to buy better seats during the game. We haven't even gotten into all of the other features that LetsMoveDown provides, including real-time concession coupons, fan rewards and merchandise discounts delivered right to your phone. More to come!
