I want to try

I've seen so many negative things recently and it makes me so sad.

Why must some of us get so angry and want to hurt others.

We as humans...no as beings have a choice we can decide if we hurt others or if we talk things out. If we all collectively decided that violence isn't going to work then the world would be so much better right? Violence only ensures more violence.

Like if you punch someone then your gonna get punched back but if no one punched anyone then no one would be hurt.

I know this may not seem realistic to some but it could be. We have to start somewhere.

I want to live in a world where everyone tries to understand each other. Where we try to live amongst each other without so much hate. We all exist in this timeline together. Let's make it better together.

Idk if this is even understandable I'm not great with talking/texting but I'm tired of all the violence and hatred. I'd much rather be friends than enemies with others.

I want everyone to read. So everyone knows that they have a choice in how they act and how they treat others. I know not everyone is violent but there is some who need to read this.

I wasn't going to write this but if I didn't i wouldn't be trying to change anything. And I wouldn't be able to push that first domino.

the tea and hate in the tom holland fandom needs to like

we shouldn’t be hating on each other or being disrespectful/rude anyways but especially to our fellow hollanders! we’re Tom’s fan base, we’re part of his career and representation whether you like it or not. being a fan of him and supporting him is great and I honestly love it so much. but it breaks my heart how so many people specifically on here, are sending their fellow members hate! Hate, nasty comments, insults, and so much more. Some going as far as death threats.

tumblr never really was a safe place but over the past year, it’s been getting worse especially in our fandom. I’ve been in Tom’s fandom for over two years now and anyone knows that he wouldn’t want us to do this. I shouldn’t have to say that anyways because not being toxic to people isn’t exactly hard or difficult in any way.

Tom would want us to all try and get along and have positive vibes. Of course he doesn’t expect us to all like each other, no one with a fan base does. But I’m sure as hell if he came on here and saw all of the hate people of his fandom are throwing at one another, his heart would just break.

stop believing rumors

stop spreading hate. especially those of you who do it anonymously. that especially makes me even more upset because you didn’t have the basic human decency to message the person PRIVATELY about whatever problem you have with them. I’m not saying to message them hate.

the problem above goes into my next point. If you have a problem with someone, take it up over dms and try to not be a bully! I understand frustration and getting upset with someone, believe me. But you getting mad and taking it out on them is adding fuel to the fire. It doesn’t help anyone and it just makes everything worse. Please just message someone if you hear something about them “spreading” shit or whatever about you. Don’t take it up publicly and try to “expose” them, especially if the rumor isn’t even true!

we have a duty share and give our love and support to tom. But we also need to remember to at least just be decent human beings.

if you have a problem or issue with someone, take it up with them calmly and privately! It saves the hassle of not only starting shit publicly but it can also resolve things easier rather than just sending mean things in inboxes and indirecting them through posts.

I’m not trying to start anything by posting this. I’m not indirecting anyone either, I’ve simply just stayed what I’ve seen and read with my eyes.

I don’t want to be a part of a problematic fandom. Some people I know left the fandom, but still love tom, because of the harshness and disrespect being thrown around.

if someone says something mean to you, simply just ignore it or take it up with them privately. we should all at least try to do that. were told to do that as toddlers learning about life and how cruel others can be. so don’t add fuel to the flame and be the fucking water that puts it out.
