Ah yep, bulking season has arrived. So what's bulking... Basically eating more of the right stuff than you usually do, until you reach a desired weight IT IS NOT BUYING MASS PROTEIN and HOPING FOR THE BEST Bulking is about Training and in most cases hard , your talking 2x desired muscle groups per week maybe at 50 -100% U may have to do cardio too, think about it you will be taking on extra carbs and fat... U will need to burn them... This is of course if you want a lean bulk. So I'd recommend buying a bike. That's all folks....
