Socially distancing at my favorite Chinese buffet. I come here to write, eat, and get out of the house safely for an hour or two. Indoor dining was banned for several weeks over the holidays, but reopened on the 4th. Masks required, gloves, additional protections around the food, and the team constantly ensuring the place is clean. Diners are seated with several empty tables between them. All plates and utensils are disposable to ensure safety.
