Sunday #facemask is such a treat 😊 . Tonight, like so many other nights, I'm loving @inner_senses_organics Vibrant Earth 💚 . This moody marvel is bursting with superpowered ingredients like blue-green algae (one of the rarest and most potent microalgae on earth 🌿 ethically wild harvested from Klamath Lake in Oregon), spirulina, indulgent cacao, green tea, grape skin, MSM, moringa leaf, baobab fruit, clay (both Canadian colloidal clay and Rhassoul clay), and more! . There's no feeling like the start of a #facemask 🧖‍♀️ It's #selfcaresunday so of course I'm doing a bit of a skincare session, and today I started thinking about how relaxing such a treat can be. From the first moment where you start making your mask (or in the case or a pre-blended formula, that first dip in with your masking brush!) you begin to feel like an alchemist and the tension starts to slip away. 🌿 A moment of peace, some time just for you - that's what a face mask can provide. It's 5-25 minutes of luxury. A spell of total indulgence and a chance to reset. I love the whole experience, from personalizing what goes into my concoction to swiping the paste across my skin, spritzing to keep the activated mask moist and then doing a micro-steam before rinsing away the potent ingredients. When you take the time to appreciate every aspect, it becomes something so much more than skincare. It's #letsmasktogethersunday and today I'm joining in from Western New York! My current #routinelineup has many North American brands since I'm currently in the US, because what better time to try them all, right? 😅 Today's #skincareroutine includes @livebotanical AER Clearing Facial Mask: I'm loving this detoxifying clay and charcoal mask. It's non-drying and leaves my face so radiant. Helps combat pesky spots and keep oils at bay 🙌 @dafnaskincare Recovery Cleanser: this nourishing and purifying balm is fab for #pmroutine since it helps replenish skin after a long day out in the sun, but also #amroutine as it can double as a moisturizer! @odacite Rose + Neroli Treatment Mist: so refreshing and hydrating, this sweetly floral water is so lovely. I'm sort of obsessed and am hoping I can pick up a full size bottle of this soon! @noyahcosmetics Lip Scrub: totally moreish, the peppermint and vanilla scrub is good enough to eat! so moisturizing, plus it keeps lips soft, smooth, and healthy 👄 possibly my fav lip scrub this year, and the packaging is fab! @earthwisebeauty Thelma Lip Treatment: I'm going extra since it's Sunday, and popping a bit of this on pre lippy to keep my lips lush and nourished - the best lip balm around, and so incredibly healing 👌 @inner_senses_organics Tranquil Body Oil: still working on PhD and blog work despite being on "holiday" so keeping stress at a minimum thanks to this gorgeous formula. and my legs are now glowing and super smooth! @skinowl Body + Illuminator: at first I wasn't so sure about an amethyst highlight, but it's so pretty and delicate that I quickly learned to love it. just a little bit here and there, and a few drops for the ends of my hair to keep fly aways in check We're heading out to a distillery soon, and I'll be glowing from top to toe thanks to all these green goodies I'm using!
