letsride-thesun has ruffled your feathers
What you got goin' on
Behind those eyes closed, holdin' on
I don't want another day to break
Take our, steal our night away
Warm shadow
Warm shadow
Won't you cast yourself on me
What you got in store for me
Keep those eyes closed, next to me
I don't want another day to break
Take our, steal our night away
Warm shadow
Warm shadow
Won't you cast yourself on me
Lights flashed before her eyes, colors and scenes meshed together as the world swirled around the tiny demigoddess. Bri held her arms over her head, covering herself in a defensive manner. Suddenly, it stopped. The world fell still once more and all that was left was fading sunlight and a light breeze that tugged at her sundress and curls. Glancing around, the brunette knew immediately that she wasn't in Georgia anymore,... Or maybe she was. Prehistoric Georgia,... Possibly. However, the terrain looked nothing like Georgia, and this frightened her.
What was worse was the sun was fading, slowly going down. Gasping, she rushed forward, out of the shadows and into the sunlight. It warmed her cheeks, but, only for a fleeting moment before it finally vanished behind the trees. "Please come back,..." She murmured. Bri was irrationally afraid of the dark. Especially on her own. Her boots thudded across the ground softly as she walked backwards, pressing against a rock. The sound of growls alerted her to the fact that she was definitely not alone. Catching sight of a massive shadow out of the corner of her eyes, the girl toppled backwards with a scream, shoving herself back against the boulder as flat as she could.
"HELP! Help help HELP!" She cried.
