long distance relationships

You miss their smile. Sure you can see it in pictures or when you face time but it's not the same. You miss the way they laugh at the stupidest things, or the way they let you grab their hand to "look at a drawing or bracelet" when honestly you just wanted to hold their hand. You miss their hugs and the way they can make you smile in the middle of crying. But most importantly you just miss them. As a whole. And you count down the days until you see them again because you know when you do it will be the best time ever but the worse when they have to leave! 

But, when you are together, and you plan to run away together even though you know it won't happen. And the way their lips feel on yours, it's like you just entered a whole new galaxy. When they won't rest if they lose you and know you aren't okay or in a good mood, they won't rest until they find you to cheer you up. The problem with Long Distance Relationships is one day you're with them... And the next you're not.

I wish there was a device that would put all of my thoughts into writing. Like Morse code so that I didn't have to think about these dumb ass intrusive mean thoughts....I could think about them and BAM they are gone.....then I'd have to start the cycle again 🤦🏾‍♀️

I guess the silver lining is that if they don't want to learn about it, nor have the mental capacity to learn about it but they still like having me around...are they truly ignoring me/my needs? Or am I living in delulu land?
