I'm an architect and I agree. If the client provides the info needed how they want it to be made and the purpose could be masked as a "production set", that's pretty much easy deal.
I'm glad I've got two architects who agree with me! I don't know everything about architecture, but I've seen the ins and outs of it, and I know that planning permission/planning law is the biggest obstacle to any evil villain's plans.
