Hi! :D back from vacay and it's already weird writing to you after all this time. So. Just saw the promo cast pic and got really excited, but the thing that really hit me is how Skye and Grant are in opposite sides of the photo and how since the beginning they've switched roles: she was the rogue/wildcard of the bunch and he was the agent, now she's the agent and he's the rogue/wildcard one. Bottom line: they're perfect. Love your new design btw, yours is the very best skyeward blog out there :3

We got perfect closure imo. Grant loves Skye, she wasn't able to fight him herself. Skye loves him but she still hates him too, she won't simply forget those bad feelings. He went to jail, that's logic after all he's done. Now he has s2 to answer the question "who am I [without Garrett]?", and when he does he'll get his redemption. And when he gets his redemption Skyeward can finally happen. We don't want it to be easy, we want it to be real and strong. And that's as real and strong as it gets.

Budward, my new OTP :p I still believe Garrett will say something like "I knew it from the moment I had to shoot that dog, I could never count on you to get the job done" and then Grant will go berserk and kill him and return to the team and ta-da! Redemption! (my biggest issue right now is: did he or did he not kill the dog? if he did… I don't know what to think and what to believe anymore)

Now I'm even more certain of this: come what might, I will always ship Skyeward. And the more challenges they're up against, the more strongly I will ship them. Because this is Skyeward, people, and you do NOT give up on them so easily. Actually you never give up on them. At all. And that is the true meaning of an OTP: it is when history fails them that we are here for them the most.

Hey I just met you, and this is crazy… but I'm no anon, so answer me maybe: what if suddenly Skye wakes up and it was all a dream — and then we are shown that the "dream" was in fact real and now she's in a kind of mental dome so that she can't remember that the pain she felt due to Ward being HYDRA made her 0-8-4 powers reveal themselves and almost destroy the world. And Grant watches her as she falls asleep every night, living a normal life, believing that none of that ever happened…

but this hurts so much because he has to watch her smile at him and treat him as if nothing happened and ward could still remember his heart breaking when skye said she wouldn’t like the real ward. and it hurts him because he feels so guilty and just wants to tell her everything but he’s having second thoughts. because if he tells her everything, he could lose her again. this is his second chance but it feels like it’s not

That scene where Skye says she's going to throw up and gets away from Ward, he seems so confused… He's not evil in his head so he doesn't understand why she's so disgusted by his feelings towards her.

because they thought they could be an us because just a few hours ago, she told him that she wanted it; wanted ‘us’ and it just felt so good to him because even after he told her he wasn’t good, she still accepted him. but looking at her now, he could see how she sees him. which is a serial killer and nothing more, nothing less
