i love him: the sound of the waves crashing against the shore reminds me of him crashing against my heart and wearing it down like the sea glass strewn along the shore. its the sound of the songs that he would show me as he placed his headphones on my ears and his hands on my hips. the sounds of silence in a summer field and blackberry bushes crunching underfoot. i love him: its the way he would let me have first player in COD, and then let me win when we played against each other. its the way he held my hand in church and broke down crying because he was the reason i would go to hell and goddamn did he know it. its his hazel eyes and golden heartbeat as we laid in bed listening to music as we watched the sunset. i love him: forgiving him when he leaves you in the summer, comes home in the fall and leaves you again in the winter. its letting him come back to you when his life falls apart and you have nothing left to live for except his love. its remembering the good times were good enough to let the bad times die.  loving him is going to be the death of me.
