I include my mental health in that as well.
Right now I'm okay, and that's okay. But okay isn't good and good isn't great. I don't even want to be great. I want to be the greatest.

Day 8 of 31, Levelling up
Day 8: Strength; Level 2 achieved.
Workout done;
70 half squats
70 reverse lunges
70 split lunges
70 arm raises
70 raised arm circles
70 raised arm scissors
Thoughts
I am glad I restarted, especially with a similar workout that I feel sent me a bit haywire. So this time around I aimed for level 2, not 3. While it was hard I didn’t feel that sense of defeat I did the first time around. My legs are still sore and getting up the stairs is still a chore it doesn’t compare to last time at all. Yay! I just need to do the achievable until I just the discipline down a bit more or I’ll just quit.
Day 6 of 30: Levelling up
Day 6: Flutterkicks; Level 3 achieved.

Thoughts
I feel like I’m just trudging through these at the moment. Genuinely just don’t want to do this anymore and feeling a bit pathetic. So tomorrow I’m just going to take the day off and see how how I feel- maybe if I know I don’t have to push myself and just enjoy the day then I’ll be more likely to get back into this the day after.
Day 5 of 30: Leveling up
Day 5: Fast Paced Cardio; Level 3 achieved.
Workout done;
196 Cross step jacks
196 Side jacks
1 Reverse lunge step up
196 Straight leg bounds
Thoughts
As you can see from the above I did a partial workout today. My legs just couldn’t push through the lunges so I continued with everything else instead of just giving up. Even though I really just want to give up. The thoughts of 25 more days of this is just draining. I know I’ll just be doing what I’ve always done, and I’ll wish I had kept going. One day at a time then.
Day 4 of 30; Levelling Up
Day 4: Stretching; Level 3 achieved.
Workout done;
Today I just did a bunch of calf raises, side leg raises, chest expansions and arm rotations.
Thoughts
Feeling really sad today. My legs are sore, and I know it’s a good soreness and I know it shows that I did a really good workout but I’m only 4 days in and I feel like giving up. It’s what I’ve always done. So I’m not going to sit here and pretend I’m happy and motivated when I’m not. I have a lifetime of bad habits that are starting to kick in right now, just trying what I hope is my hardest to get through them. Wish me luck.
