I don't know shit about levz but I'm going to mostly reply to the cigarette thing. That's not how that works, nicotine isn't going to cause anyone to miss details in work unless you're having a nic-fit. I do nicotine, my family does nicotine. Even when we have withdrawals (what I refer to as a nic-fit, I assume multiple smokers/vapers refer to it by that. My family does, at least) we aren't missing details! We're just a bit irritable. Don't blame having lazy work for a commission on having an addiction to cigarettes. It'll give you bad lungs and kidney infections, but it's not gonna cause you to get spacey and forgetful. It's not marijuana, lol.

Had a shitty commission experience with Levz, not surprised he's addicted to cigs so bad he could barely remember to do a low-effort sloppily coloured headshot sketch for it once he got them even with multiple reminders... This is the "least" thing I've commissioned from anyone for real money (his style was knockoff tsun so I went for it) and it took longer than real pieces to get lol. Took him multiple days to put two colours on it once "done", and he kept posting so much personal art...
