Q: You don't have the performance. How important is it to bring the upgrades right away? If I had to follow your words

LH: Yea, I mean this is the... you've seen other people bring upgrades...

Q: Is this something you're asking the team?

LH: Of course, I'm asking to the team. You've seen other people bring upgrades, I don't know why we haven't been able to bring upgrades. I think we have one, hopefully coming soon, you know. The mindset for me, I'm like, there's a lot of changes that need to be made in the system. I wish I could tell you what's happening. There's a lot going on in the background. Yea, I can't say too much about it. There's just so many things I wish I could tell you to explain the things that have happened this year, the problems that we've had, and what's going on within the organization.

But, my goal is to try and positively influence that to get changed so we can have long term success. There are a lot of changes to be made. We need to start foundation building. We're not fighting for the championship, it's clear that we're out of the championship. Just make sure we're working hard for next year, so let's not waste too much time worrying about or focusing on developing this one. I want to make sure that next year's car is bang on from race one.
