The Atomic Skull
A meta-human powerhouse, The Atomic Skull can generate radioactive energies. He can direct this energy in the form of power blasts emanating from his writs and it additionally greatly enhanced his strength and durability.
A super villain of some esteem, Atomic Skull became a top tier contender at Roulette's Meta-Brawl. He was Wildcat's main opponent and while they battled, Black Canary and Green Arrow interrupted the match. The Skull and a group of other villains went after the two heroes but were caught by Green Arrow's net arrow.
After Black Canary closed down the Meta-Brawl, The Atomic Skull joined Grodd's Legion of Doom. He participated in many missions as part of the Legion, including the stealing of the Heart of Nanda Parbat and the siege of Gorilla City.
The Skull sided with Luthor when he took over the Legion of Doom. He was saved by the combined efforts of Sinestro and Star Sapphire after Darkseid destroyed the Legion’s headquarters. Returning to earth, The Skull was among the villains who aided The Justice League in turning way the invasion by Apocalypse.
Actor Lex Lang provided the voice for The Atomic Skull, with the villain first appearing in the first episode of the second season of Justice League Unlimited, ‘The Cat and The Canary.’
