From Cassie Williams to Mobius: Life as Professor Paradox’s “daughter” and the struggles of being a time traveler (HCs)

Got a random urge to brainrot over my baby at 3AM, so here I am typing this hahaha.

Since the concept of the Gregorian calendar doesn’t mesh well with the laws of time in the time-space continuum she and Paradox reside in, Mobius has lost track of her age. Upon becoming Ken’s mentor, her estimated age falls around 30+.

In order to not ruin the flow of time, Mobius and Paradox don’t immediately jump to a point in time unplanned. Every moment they jump through a period of time is properly calculated and well-thought through. The pair usually spend hours to days thinking of all possible scenarios their time jump will go through. 

That being said, Spanner revealing to his future parents their destiny as a couple caused so much stress to both Paradox and Mobius. Based on all the possible calculations they theorized, fixing this could cause Ken’s existence to cease, the most they could do was to ensure that the kid wouldn’t reveal any other important details anymore. At some point after this incident, Kenny almost lost his time travelling privilege. 

During the period of time Ken was under her tutelage, Mobius was notably cranky and easily annoyed. According to Paradox, she’s undergoing a mental stage similar to a period of time where he also went insane when he was stuck in the time-space continuum.

During the period where her body was on the process of being immortal (due to the effects of staying in the time-space continuum for a long time), Mobius would desperately try to eat and sleep in order to retain her humanity. Despite being hesitant to return to a second chance in life in the normal flow of time, Mobius was still scared at the current state her body is mutating into.

Though she was presumably “deceased” as Cassie Williams during that time, she was actually present in The Most Dangerous Game Show as Mobius! During the entire episode, Mobius would try her hardest to be eliminated immediately but due to a strange strain of luck she would end up passing almost every round even until the last one. She managed to forcefully get herself out of the final round and spent most of her time in the Null Void fighting the Way Bads on her own until Ben and Kai came in.  It was during this episode where she learned the ability to summon Time Vacuums, a weapon she used to deal strong blows against the To'kustars.

That being said, this was the episode where Mobius actually got to talk with Kai. During her life as Cassie, she wasn’t always around when Ben met up with Kai after all. 

The power of Chronokinesis is the outcome Mobius and Paradox came up with after combining his knowledge of time and her telekinetic abilities.

Though Mobius was more of a mid-ranged fighter during her time with Rook and Ben, she has evolved into a more long-ranged combat style after becoming a time traveler. 

 Out of all her evil counterparts, Mobius considers Nega Cassie to be the most levelheaded and sane out of all them. In fact, after the events of And Then There was Ben, the two were able to put their fight aside and join together for some time expeditions that Paradox sent them to do in the No Watch dimension. 

During the events of And Then There Were None and And Then There Was Ben, Mobius got the opportunity to speak to her now-alive father in the No Watch Dimension. Though she tried to act she was her No Watch counterpart at first, her father was able to sense that she wasn’t who she pretended to be. Despite that, he proceeded to comfort her and apologize for all the suffering she had to go through in her original timeline. They were able to meet again during her time expedition with Nega Cassie, where the two was offered to stay over at No Watch Cassie’s house.
