with their profession, thankfully they didn't have too much prep work to do for the family concert. of course, they had to get ready with the questions and all. but it was something they were always prepared for. it wasn't anything new.
but this meeting was even more special. not only were they planning their way home for the upcoming holidays. but his sister had landed her first acting role! and he couldn't be more proud. he stopped by a local flower shop, picked up an arrangement of amelia's favorite flowers and began his trip home.
"melie you home?!" leo shouted walking into his apartment. "i got you something"
There are a number of things that could go wrong in one's life. Hyunsoo considered himself laying at the baseline of luck, constantly teetering over into misfortune with help from his long legs — right when he stretches out; thinking he's in the clear. Given the circumstances of his small curse, he took no chances in even attempting the thought of attending prom with a date. ( He is hardly interested enough in anyone as it is. ) He bears witness to more than a few offers directed toward the girls on campus, some of which done by his fellow teammates in the baseball club.
In fact, he has been enlisted to help out with the out-fielder's 'promposal' toward one upperclassman who was particularly charming. She happened to be in his same house and major, a member of the student council. Hyunsoo offered a passing comment to his friend that he was being too ambitious. Perhaps doing so planted a seed of doubt in his head, what with the man of the hour not even showing up on time.
A few others find themselves standing rather awkwardly by the library steps. The timing and organization of the gesture is questionable. He holds onto his camera ( one he is meant to use to capture the tender moment, his friend said ), spacing out until he is shoved rather haphazardly into the middle of the placards being turned to spell out the statement of: I picture you and I at prom. Cheesy, but the guy urged them it would work through sheer will. Unfortunately for the baseball team's pitcher, he has been inadvertently pushed to the forefront of the proposal.
Hyunsoo awkwardly clears his throat with an equally painted smile, frozen in place as he stares down Eunhye directly in the eyes.

yejin felt excitment building as she sat across form eunhye, in a seat the older usually sat in when she was working as a dj. today the girls were there to surprise eunhye, it was their leader's birthday and they had all prepared a little birthday speech for the girl and yejin was first.
" eunhye unnie, " yejin starts and looks at eunhye, " first. happy birthday eunhye unnie, our leader. thank you for always being there for all of us, especially thanks from me. when i have struggled with our dances you've always offered a helping hand. i hope that we get to celebrate many of our birthdays together, i hope this next year will bring nothing but success your way. "
after her little speech was finished she rubbed the palms of her hands together and pretended to light up fireworks for the older, smiling at the older, " let's get some ice cream after when... you know who isn't looking. "
After practicing though the choreography for ‘Look’ for what felt like ours on end, Parker almost jumped as the drink he purchased tumbled out of the vending machine. Was the dance for ‘Look’ as technically difficult as some of Type Zero’s songs? Perhaps not, but it wasn’t easy, especially when he couldn’t follow one set path. Like a lot of idol routines the focal point shifted from person to person to keep the audience entertained and Parker was just one guy. Well, at least he didn’t have to rap. That’s what he reminded himself as he squatted down to pull the Pocari Sweat from the machine, and uncapped it before taking a swig. “No one wants to see that,” he muttered to himself before slowly standing and turning back towards the room he was practicing in.
He had only managed to make it a small way before his attention was grabbed by a familiar face. Or was it better to call her competition?
It would be too easy to watch for a moment and then walk away, but a part of Parker suddenly craved human interaction. What would it hurt if he just— “sibjeom manjeome sibjeooom~” He called out over the music while doing the hand movements with his drink briefly held between his knees. Truthfully, he didn’t really know all the lyrics but at least he at least knew that much.
Taking his drink back into his hand, Parker smiled broadly at Hayoung. “How long have you been going at it for?”
The success of Nova Iuventa brought forth a delightful surprise, which was further enhanced when Minkyu received word of the reaction series and the accompanying opportunity for a photoshoot and interview that awaited them. It seemed as if the fruits of his hard work were blossoming, as if he had, at last, discovered the perfect path to embark upon and transform his passion into a lifelong profession.
Sitting next to @leolgc, he watched the scenes from the second episode with a suppressed laugh, hiding it behind his hand. "I absolutely adore the scene where Minkyu and Nayoung join Nabi and Hyunsoo, unintentionally disrupting her plan of having a private moment with him." Amused, he commented and then lowered his hand to rest it on his lap. "I recall practising my flirtatiousness in front of the mirror to accurately portray the character of Minkyu for hooours." He shifted his focus to Leo. "Playing awkward exes, how was it?"
it's an amusing scenario, parker and eunho's birthdays are one day apart - ninty percent sure it wasn't planned, but eunho could appreciate the irony of it all. the camera was set up for them, all he and parker had to do was sit down next to each other and wait until the recording started, the plan for the stream had been given to them before hand, polariods and q&a for fans, their manager pressed the live button for them after he made sure they were ready.
" hello everyone, " eunho starts talking, looking at the numbers of their stream increase, " it's uno and.... " he glances over at parker, so he can introduce himself, smiling calmly as he listens to the other speak - and after a bit of chatting back and forth, as bomin pushes the camera towards them eunho takes the hint and picks up the camera.
" we have a surprise for everyone! "
then he lifts up the camera and looks over at parker, " make your best expression in... 5....4....3....2....1, " eunho waits for parker to have made a facial expression before clicking the shutter, then watching the picture get printed, when it is fully out he takes it and lays it on the table.
It had been a few months now since Bullet Inquiry had ended and Minjae missed being in a drama. Of course, he was enjoying the extra time he had, really he was, but he was missing acting. So when the casting results for Martine Corporation were announced, Minjae was ecstatic to get back into the flow of things. Plus, the drama sounded like a lot of fun and it was a complete 180 to what he’d last appeared in.
When they were informed about the introduction videos, Minjae was excited to see them. Not only did he want to see everyone’s hard work pay off, but his scenario sounded like fun. Drawing was something that Minjae wasn’t very good at and so anyone who could draw were like idols to him. Even if his co-star wasn’t the one who drew the picture, Minjae would treat him as if he was.
Arriving on set, Minjae was bouncing with excitement. He wasn’t sure how everyone else’s scenarios were going, but he felt confident that he and @hyunsoolgc would have fun. Even if he didn’t know the other male, Minjae was happy to meet him. Spotting his co-star, Minjae bounced over to him and smiled brightly. ❛ Hi there! Hyunsoo-ssi, right? I’m Minjae. I’m excited to be working with you today. It’s nice to meet you! ❜
