How do you think the Michael and Lia situation was after he went after Cassie? Do you think they ever talked about it? It's a pretty big deal and I don't see Lia openly admitting she was hurt by it but do you think she would have just ignored it or talked about it a little with Michael?

went after cassie as in overall pursuing her or the specific moment in killer instinct where he leaves lia alone at the frat party to go after cassie?

either way i don't think they talked about it no. it's. well. we know very little about lia and michael's private dynamic as a couple. we're stuck in cassie's pov and like neither of them is gonna be emotionally vulnerable in front of other people. so we don't know how they really interact behind closed doors. but regardless i really don't think they talked about michael's feelings for cassie. this scene from bad blood certainly gives me the impression that this was the first time lia let it show how hurt she'd really felt about that whole thing

“Did you pine after her when you were growing up?” Lia asked the question like the answer didn’t matter to her in the least. “Did you pursue her, the way you got all moon-eyed over Cassie when she first showed up?” Lia was aiming below the belt. That was the only way she knew how to hit. “Did you convince yourself you weren’t good enough for her,” she said, her voice low, “because a person like you could only ever be good enough for someone as horrible as me?”

so. i don't know. there's not much to talk about, with michael's crush on cassie. he and lia were broken up. if anything the hurtful part was how willing if not to say eager michael was to change and become a better person for cassie, when he'd never shown an interest in that with lia. but how do you even talk about that? how do you even verbalize that hurt? it's not even that lia wants michael to change, really. but if you are going to change, why for her and not me?

but then again we don't knowwwwwwwww what they're like when they're alone together we literally don't, so maybe in their own roundabout way they could've tried to talk about it.... this is why we need a liamichael book i'm always saying this ughh
