High School Musical II Puck & Liberty
Puck rolled his eyes as he entered the bar. His mom had dragged him to some ski lodge for winter break. He'd been with his mother nonstop since they'd gotten there, so he jumped at the chance to get away from her. Puck walked over to the bar and ordered a coke. He looked around the place, which was decorated for New Years. He couldn't believe in a few hours it would be a new year. The past year had gone by quickly.
"Thanks, man," Puck told the bar tender as he grabbed his drink and payed for it.
He walked over to a table and took a seat. "Happy New Years Eve everyone! Tonight, like every Saturday is Karaoke night! Make sure to sign up by the bar. We can't wait to hear you sing!" an announcer on a p.a. system said. Great, karaoke. Could this night get any worse? Puck thought to himself as he took a sip from his drink.
Suddenly, a spotlight appeared on Puck. "It looks like we've found one of our first singers. Come on up to the stage!"
"No, no, I'm okay. You don't want to hear me sing," Puck protested. Hell would have to freeze over before Puck would ever sing in public.
"These nice folks want to hear you sing. Come on up!" the announcer encouraged.
Puck shook his head and was about to get up to leave when another spotlight appeared, this time landing on a girl. Puck checked her out. She was pretty hot. Puck silently cursed and got up before walking over to the stage. He grabbed a mic and waited for the girl to come up.
