In Spain, Father’s Day is on the 19th this year. You can imagine the confusion!

Liiiiz. Were there any places you went in Spain that you recommend? I have a mighty amount of 3-day weekends to fill. Already have Granada, Cuenca, Salamanca, Valencia on the list and have been to Madrid, Barcelona, Toledo, and Sevilla.

Cadiz Cadiz Cadiz! And Ronda! And Cordoba! And Santander! And if you can get to it, Santillana del Mar which is an adorable little medieval town in Cantabria that I fell in love with, but I went on a planned trip so transportation wasn’t an issue, but if you can figure something out I highly recommend (you could combine with a trip to Santander). I prefer the coastal areas to the center, especially because the food is better and fresher. 

How did you like the places you’ve already been?! I think Sevilla is my favorite city in Spain. But if you can, you should try to go to Portugal too. Lisbon is a really amazing city, and it was definitely my favorite trip. I would move there in a heartbeat.
