Passport to Mudd: It’s More than a Library

Welcome Oberlin College Class of 2023! Staff at Mudd Center are excited to orient you all to our library on Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Entering college can be very daunting and we are here to help you navigate your resources. Come in to grab your passport and get a stamp at each stop. Here you will meet your first year library advisor, find your favorite study spaces, see our collections and discover how easy it is to get help with research, writing, presentation skills, computers, and media production. You even get to leave with a prize! Come by and unlock the mysteries of Mudd!

Today I visited swiss cottage library. The surroundings were not ideal, but the library itself was nice. Large tables, comfy chairs, working wifi... The cafe inside even served lunch! It had a large collection of history and philosophy books.

I almost finished writing my reflective paper, and tomorrow i'll meet online with the other members to write the outcome description.
