Which was why he was on her living room floor again, opened notebook in front of him. Things were already scribbled down, bullet points next to nearly illegible scrawling, physical proof of his racing thoughts and ideas. He’d thought Eve was sick, but he didn’t think about Josefine that night he’d met her until he’d remembered it had been a small spread sickness then. This was just that on a bigger scale, that first time was some sort of test. “Should have brought the grimoire.” He mumbled as he scribbled down the general date that he’d met Josefine along with the symptoms she’d shown. “Because I actually don’t know a whole lot about you guys getting sick beyond vervain poisoning.” @josefinexgatti
