"Good Morning Doc."
"Hey, Riley."
"You need somethin'?"
The doberman barked loudly, attempting to get her attention.
Dolly looked down at the dog and stared for a second. She really wanted to pet it, but it was barking at her! Mmmmm go for it! "Hey there doggy~!" She smiled and cooed at him.
lieutenantclintriley replied to your post: ((Sorry I’ve been quiet. I’ve been kin...
aw are you okay? <: )
((Could be better. I'll be alright, though.))
"So I want a puppy."
"What is with everyone and getting pets?! ... at least make a play date with my corgi."

Dolly had shoved all of his work off of his desk, climbed over the desk and sat facing him on his lap. “Hey~.” She smiled at him, “Hope you weren’t doing anything important.”
Rain - Patty Griffin
((ok this is what I came up with, I didn’t know whether or not to make it just about Dolly and Riley, so I made it this way.
Person A is in love with Person B, but Person B is always as cold as ice to A. Person A is always subjected to B’s horrible words and treatment, but no matter what happens A stays by Person B. They believe that if they hang onto Person B, they will grow to love them back.
and depending on what happens in the story Person A will either get Person B to love them back, Die while still loving Person B, or move on and live a life regretting giving up on B.))

He'd finally taken to a bar he could relax in, one that usually no one recognized him in and one he hadn't shot someone in so far. He sat at a table in the back, wanting to stay in the shadows, two men on either side of him helping in the manner of staying incognito. But, luck wasn't on his side tonight as a chair to a table unbearably close to his own was pulled out and someone sat down. He couldn't help but turn his head slightly to stare, a brow slowly raising.
