Well, well, well…Look what we have here! Parents, do you remember when you thought it was ok to sign up for a GPS tracking device on your teen’s phone? Oh SURELY that was done with the best intentions. Alas, safety standards seemed to have shifted towards tracking adults instead of renegade 16 year olds. My, my, look how the tables have turned.
Kyocera has developed the Mi-Look; cell phone, pedometer and alarm system in one. The large buttons and simple design make it optimal for older users. I’m sure that the vast majority of our nursing home comrades would prefer to attend bingo night with a trendy cell phone rather than a giant Life Alert rope necklace. The real scoop about the Mi-look, however, is its ability to function as a pedometer.
