Tiny life-hacks to make your laundry day go easier.
Turn your clothes right-side-out before you put them through the washer and dryer. It’ll save you time and energy when you fold them.
Getting a small, portable humidifier will help keep your clothes from getting full of static (you can find a cheap one here)
Take the pads out of your sports bra and let them air dry after you wash them. They’ll last a lot longer and won’t peel as easily.
Charlie’s Soap will work on just about any stain.
You can get grease stains out of clothes with dish soap and hot water (I find that Dawn is the most effective brand)
Rubbing alcohol or acetone (nail polish remover) can get sharpie stains pretty well. (But be careful with acetone, as it can kill pigment too!)
Rubbing alcohol in tangent with intervals of rinsing in cold water can help get dye out of clothes (but you have to start working the stain immediately)
Lemon and seltzer works really well for blood stains, as does cold water and salt. It also works for tomato juice.
Dilute bleach before using it on any clothing articles. It will wear away thinner fabric otherwise!
Fold clothes as soon as the dryer stops to keep them from wrinkling.
If you’re in a pinch and have a wrinkly shirt, get it a little damp, then put it into the dryer with a few large towels to get it straighter.
You can loosen wrinkles in shirts if you hang them in the bathroom while you take a hot shower.
Putting a wet article of clothing in the dryer with a bunch of towels will get it dry much faster. (But only if the towels were dry first!)
Acrylic paint stains come out with rubbing alcohol or dish detergent.
Don’t waste money on fabric softener. It’s basically useless anyways.
If anyone else has any tips, feel free to put ‘em down!

know your triggers. sleep well. take your meds at the right time
you might feel like you’re not living the life you were supposed to live, but a good life is up for you to define, not anyone else
don’t feel ashamed.
focus on the present, be it good or bad.
you will feel weak and that is not a bad thing. calm down and take a deep breath

A person who surrenders when he's WRONG, is HONEST. A person who SURRENDERS when not SURE, is WISE. A person who surrenders even if he's RIGHT, is a HUSBAND.
Do not tell people your problems There are those that care. Those that want to see you in sorrow. Those that will laugh at you and those that will ignore..And others have more problems than you have ..
