I need to understand

I don’t understand teenagers even though i am one. I try. Today i met this girl who had lots of problems. She smoked and drank just like me. but unlike me she hasn’t stopped. she loves nicotine and also she loves alcohol. I don’t get it. She breaks picture of her family and her dad and brother are all the way in Texas because she would fist fight so bad with her brother, that they would have to be torn apart in order for them not to kill each other. Her mom is a probation officer. A cop i guess would love to stop this kind of behavior. She even cut really bad in front of her mother. She was about to kill herself infront of her mom...i guess some people don’t see mothers the way i do. I love my mom. Even though when i was depressed i hated her with all my guts. She just...i’m interested in doing weed. i don’t understand why but i am. and i really feel bad. But this girl, she’s bad news, she gets into fights, smokes, drinks, and all that kinda stuff. I need help understanding this girl because she is so nice and so unique.

Sometimes, when I watch King of the Hill, I wish that I had a dad like Hank Hill. Then I realize my dad is a lot like Hank Hill. Life is pretty good sometimes.
