What is your character's most annoying trait? How has this trait affected their interpersonal relationships? Are they aware of this trait? If so, are they trying to get rid of it?
O5-1 -- His recalcitrance is a double edged sword. It keeps him alive, but it is a large part of why no one wishes to interact with him. That said, he has no desire to change it.
O5-2 -- Her pragmatism is extreme and can make her a bit myopic in some ways. Because of that, she can be very frustrating to communicate with on matters of research. She isn't really fully aware that this is an issue.
O5-3 -- His ego is massive, which can lead to him being very short tempered in some ways. He has a great PR image, but in terms of one-on-one conversation, he can be infuriating to speak with. He wishes to control this, though.
O5-4 -- He leans too much on compromises that dissatisfy everyone rather than compromise that satisfies everyone. He is somewhat aware that this is an issue and he wants to address it, but it is so deep-seated that it is difficult for him to do so.
O5-5 -- His joviality can be quite agitating, despite his intentions. He means well, but there is something off-putting about him, no one can quite place it, beyond that it likely stems from how genuine and excitable he is. He has no intentions of changing his nature, however, as he believes being genial is a strength his council is sorely lacking.
O5-6 -- He analyzes things more than relates to them through other lenses, this can make her incredibly difficult to relate to. It is required for him to do his work that she remain this way, but it can be a bit isolating.
O5-7 -- He over analyzes people, which is very off-putting. His responses come off as cold and insincere and even aloof. He doesn't mind the strain that this can cause, however.
O5-8 -- She is overprotective and fills a templar role. As such, she does not wish to change it, as that would mean someone else would have to make those rough calls. She doesn't mind being isolated, anyway, and thinks she deserves this role.
O5-9 -- Her outside perspective can annoy those she is with quite a bit. She doesn't think the same as the rest of her Command, and this ostracizes her, as they can't relate well. She manages to get along fine with O5-2 and somewhat with O5-8, though it is possibly awkward. Still, she wouldn't change who she is for the world.
O5-10 -- Her defaulting to the fight response and backhanding people back in line before other approaches are tried makes her both intimidating and frustrating to engage with. She's smart enough to pull off other approaches, but chooses not to. She will try to dial it back for the right reasons, though very rarely.
O5-11 -- Their deliberate obfuscation of everything with each other makes engaging with either of them infuriating. Additionally, they can be a bit too playful at the wrong times. They try to temper the latter one to varying degrees, but the first issue comes with the territory.
O5-12 -- His tendency to be the parental unit to his colleagues makes them feel smothered and condescended at times. Add to that that they already hold less respect for him than the others and you have a nasty cocktail. He is trying to be gentler about it, to smooth things out, but it is only working so much.
O5-13 -- Its refusal to speak other than to insult can be frustrating as it is known it does this to be as unhelpful as possible. It has no desire to change this.
Gagandeep -- He can be slightly too lenient in matters where that approach is decidedly unhelpful. He is actively working on being more assertive as a mediator.
