I accidentally trashed my new instax's wrist strap and need a new one...I also want accessories. But. I can't hit that Urban for like a month now and it's the only place to get instax stuff, plus all my local Michaels lock up their instax stuff. Lol rip in fucking pieces me ;(

Monday is international chest day but I was being petty to myself & decided to do chest Sunday cus I didn't got to the gym last Monday & now my schedule is all mest up 😒😠

So

it turns out that, even if I’ve been at work all day and had like 6 hours of sleep tops, I am better att gymming in the afternoon.

Seriouusly I had to keep checking the weights because they felt lighter than usual.

Now I feel like I’ve been cheating myself out of gains because I prefered going in the morning.
