That is all. I had it slated for later this week but needed some lighter activities to do this afternoon because I didn’t have time or focus to really dive into manuscript writing. Happy to of done something productive.
Well I have been put on light activity for a few days thanks to a TMJ flare. I am cleared for yoga and stretching only :/ boo but I guess it is better than nothing. Probably a week before I can get a decent WOD going again. Plus side is tomorrow is our wedding anniversary and Friday is my birthday :). So I guess if I had to take a rest week this is a good one to take.
