I’ve never actually taken the time to draw @zawa-ro‘s gemlings despite them being the most adorable offspring I’ve ever seen, so here’s my first whack at it re: this post. I figured Light Amethyst must be a brat because Holly coddles her too much. :p

Ruby
-he got inspired for his look but watching some of the movies the scientist had left after they died.
-He wears glasses due to his poor eyesight, just doesn’t wear them during fights or chases
-His “organs” are very ticklish
-Is one of the most devoted to AB, since she’s the first one.
-He got his weapon from his old cage when he was tearing it apart during their rampage.
Padparadscha
-Has no eyes at all
-Likes eating a lot, has started to learn how to mess with the synthetic machinery that was used to make the animal. With the goal of making plants they can eat and cook with since they’re not going to cook their own family
-Is a little spoon and likes sleeping on your belly.
-Isn’t that loud even with his big mouths
-Hates horror movies not cause he gets scared, but because he can’t enjoy any of the scares cause he can’t see them
Light Ame
-Has the heightest body count out of everyone, the younger gems are still upset about him stealing their kills.
-Has major claustrophobia he can’t stand being in any small rooms.
-Would love being outside hates being alone though, even if they can talk to the plants outside it’s not the same as talking with someone with human intelligence and social needs as the others.
-Let’s the others choose his clothes cause he doesn’t trust his own fashion taste.
-Falls asleep in the same room as Ruby all the time. One cause Ruby never kicks him out, two he sleeps with the tv on, and three you’re less likely to be stolen in the night by other crystalets cause both of them are in the room. That way Ame can use you as his pillow and hog you all night long.

Not a question for A.B, sorry if you're only looking for those ones, but I was curious as to how Padpa treats tiny after accidentally hurting them? Is he scared to interact with them? Is he trying to interact with them more to show he's not dangerous? (What about when he sees the bite mark that Silk left? How does he feel about that? 👀)

-Pada tends to be very gentle with you after what happened. He apologizes a lot too.
-He’ll spoil you with food and cuddles to make up for choking you. Heck he’ll even let you ride him if it makes you happy. And he bleats a lot to you cause cute sound, cute sound should make you feel better, even if it comes out more scary than he means to.
-He’s not afraid of talking or interacting you, just wants you to be comfortable around him. Out of all of the Crystalets I would recommend you stay by his side. He’s one of the safest ones you can be around.
