Lights Out
accidental kisses: "Kiss Me Again", "The Love Seat", "Finders Keepers", "Right on the Kisser"
I went to the Nelson-Atkins yesterday. It was pretty busy, but I managed to find some areas without people. Personally, my favorite art pieces are ones where you can see the paint or pencil stokes, or sculptures that show signs of human error. I loved the colors in the bouquet, turkish woman, and courtyard paintings, and the clouds in the landscape paintings are gorgeous. I especially love the way the artist painted the ripples in the riverbank painting.
I would've included the informational plaques for these, but I completely forgot to take pictures of those. Most of the paintings except for the bouquet and the turkish woman were in the 1800s European art exhibit, the two drawings of frenchwomen were in the pastel cabinet. The bouquet painting was from the Dutch art exhibit and I'm not sure where the Turkish woman painting was, but it was in the exhibit across from the Dutch art one.
There was also an incredibly interesting collection of films from the 1800s in the pastel cabinet. They were all in remarkable condition and it was amazing to see how well they've held up after over a century!
Sitting in the drak. Literally.

Lip syncing is the most frustrating yet oddly rewarding part of animation so far. ^^
