Brandy - 1½ oz

A Coffee Cobbler, but now with rum added, sweetened with honey. Alternatively you can use espresso instead of regular brewed coffee if you fancy something stronger. Honey should be dissolved in the coffee whilst it’s still hot, just make sure you measured the amount first. Wait till the coffee has cooled before making the drink.

I interpret “chipped ice” as something smaller than cracked ice, that means cracking lumps of ice into the smallest they can be with a pick, but not as small as crushed ice.
