I've officially graduated the Lightning Process!!
Last day of the Lightning Process today, it's gone incredibly fast. I've changed so much in 3 days. I attended to improve my M.E. And found that a major factor holding me back has been my anxiety on an almost subconscious level. Today I will stand up in front of the group and give a calm, confident talk about what I've achieved using the power pose, today I am not duing anxiety.
Day 2 of the Lightning Process done!
Day 1 of the Lightning Process done #result
Does anyone know anything about the Lightning Process as a treatment for ADHD? My dad went on it for his post-viral fatigue and was cured. He praises it to the heavens and apparently they also treat ADHD but I'm VERY sceptical.
We don’t know anything about the Lightning Process. What I do know is that doctors want to treat you effectively, so they don’t cover up treatments that work. The fact that we haven’t heard of this probably means that it doesn’t usually work.
However, if it doesn’t involve any dangerous chemicals or dangerous rituals and your dad is willing to pay for it, it probably won’t hurt you.

I haven't yet been diagnosed (and so I'm untreated), but my dad keeps pushing me to go on this course called "the Lightning Process", which apparently did wonders for his post-viral fatigue. He's asked one of the course leaders who said that in adhd it can "resolve" concentration and memory problems. This all seems pretty bogus to me, but has anyone actually tried this course? What was it like for them?

Today was the first day in six and a half years that I took no meds!
As you may have gathered by the absurd amount of posts, I'M BAAAAAAAAAAAAACK! The hotel we were staying in in Derry had internet full of techno-gremlins so I was stuck in the outernet.
I'll be posting up an account of what happened soonsies, but for now let's just say I have a thorough understanding of the true meaning of the phrase "a new lease of life" and guys, it's a really really good phrase!
Happy blogging my dears!
