The Club of Heroes would, much later, be Batman's inspiration for forming the Batmen of All Nations, which later became Batman, Inc.

This issue presents the first appearance of millionaire John Mayhew and The Club of Heroes, many members of which are The Batmen Of All Nations, first introduced in Detective Comics (volume 1) #215 (January, 1955).
