“Someone to mourn me.” Is such a sad fucking line. Someone to mourn me says the man who dedicated his life to helping Grisha. He protected Grisha and Ravka for centuries, just to die hated, feared, isolated, and remembered as a monster for his efforts. The only person who sorta cares about him, is Alina, everyone else is happy he’s gone. So this person, who doesn’t even care much about him really, is the only person left who feels some grief for him.

i got a parking ticket a while ago even though i paid for my parking so i obviously appealed it because whaaaaaat!!!!! anyway i just heard back and they're waiving the fee because it's the "first recorded breach aligned for this vehicle".

like okay happy it's being waived BUT WAIVE IT BECAUSE I PAID FOR PARKING?????

[Prince Caspian - Movie] Why did the Raid on the Castle fail?

The plan was bad entirely, they should have never gone.

The plan was good, but the execution, generally, was bad.

It's Caspian's fault for not sticking to the plan.

It's Peter's fault for not blowing it off while he still had time.

It's Susan's fault for missing when she shot an arrow at Miraz.

It's Peter's fault for making them retreat, they should have kept fighting.

This poll is about the Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian movie! Short explanation below.

Narnia is taken over by the Telmarines, who keep the Narnian’s from living in freedom. The Pevensies return, and together with the help of Caspian the 10th, they gather a troop of Narnians. They are all staying at Aslan's How, a tomb, and know that the Telmarines are on their way to them. When they learn this, Peter decides that it's best if they attack Miraz' castle at night, to kill Miraz so that Caspian earns his rightful place on the throne, and can bring peace between the Telmarines and Narnians.

The entire plan is never really explained fully but here is how I think it was supposed to go vs. how it went:

➤ Some Narnians (Peter, Susan, Edmund, Caspian, Trumpkin and Reepicheep & co - among some others) sneak into the castle.

➤ Edmund gets to a high point on one of the castle towers so he can signal the Narnian troops waiting outside of the castle.

➤ Reepicheep & co and Trumpkin get to the room where they can lower the bridge so that the rest of the Narnian troop can get into the castle.

➤ Peter, Susan, Caspian and Trumpkin get into Cornelius’ office to save him.

Cornelius isn’t there, Caspian goes to get him from the cells.

Cornelius tells Caspian that his father was murdered by Miraz.

Caspian goes to Miraz’ room to find out if this is true.

➤ Peter and Susan get to Miraz’ room to kill him.

Caspian is already there.

Miraz and Prunaprismia are both awake.

Prunaprismia has a crossbow aimed at Caspian.

Miraz escapes and the alarm bells are rung.

➤ Caspian opens the gates for the Narnian troops.

Peter starts opening the gates by himself.

Miraz’ men start to assemble outside, ready to fight.

Susan tells Peter to blow it off but he doesn’t listen.

Caspian and Susan help open the gate.

➤ Edmund signals the troops to storm the caste.
