The new Fire Emblem is... weird? It doesn’t feel at all like a Fire Emblem game, but it’s pretty fun regardless. I understand that it’s a remake of the second game in the series that simply didn’t have the modern combat system and what that defines current Fire Emblem games. It’s still a bit strange to not have things like the weapon triangle and what not. 

If you told me this was a tactics game and didn’t put the Fire Emblem label on it, I’d probably be more likely to believe you than if you told me it was a Fire Emblem game.

I will say that having it fully voice acted is great. It really brings the story to life in a new way that previous entries didn’t have. Also the art and animation stuff is pretty solid too.
