okay honestly...let me be real here for a quick second

i see a lot of people hating on capvers shippers and like...okay, i see where you're coming from, but at the same time...they do have a right to ship it imo. sure, it was a glimpse of his backstory, and honestly there's not much you really can be doing with it, but why the fuck should that make you tell people that they're dumb for wanting to write or make art about it?

ultimately, the dynamics between havers and the captain aren't discovered all that much, while pat and caps have much more grounding and depth. but at the same time, by saying that people shouldn't be at the VERY least writing or making art about it to express their thoughts is a pretty shitty move.

fandom is about letting people have fun, and saying shit like this just because "you're correct" is inherently what has and will continue to affect the experience in the long run. and personally, even though i myself am not someone who ships it or really knows where to go with their relationship (to put it simple), i'm not going to shame people or make them feel bad for finding this largely underdeveloped relationship interesting or having fun with it.

Reasons why my professor for Student Success Skills (online class) probably hates me

- When sent an email about how I wasn't enrolled, I basically said in BARELY more polite words 'I think the fuck I am' and sent a picture of my receipt - Regardless, was still hella late in turning in my first assignments and was once again nearly dropped -I make it obvious that I'm not happy to do these assignments -I do them last minute with a level of snark that would probably get me in trouble if prof actually saw me IRL -I usually insult the assignment. For example, one asked me what I'm doing. My response was basically 'we pretend we know what we're doing. We don't.' In another, it told us to take a test and then write about whether this test would help us in the future with our studies. My response? 'This helped me zero percent, basically. Also I'm low key calling this test really stupid.' -an assignment given to us was to find sources and cite them, as if we were researching something. I chose 'death' as my 'topic'. -another assignment was about the Feynman Technique for learning. I basically did the Feynman Technique with learning types (visual, audio, etc) and low key hinted that I was pretending that the intended person was a child. I also said this technique wouldn't help me because I already knew about this particularly Technique of learning. (I almost did it with types of intelligences and would low key question the reader's intelligence but I was tired at this point) Anyway so yeah I think I'll pass if only because this teacher probably wants nothing to do with me.
