"female presenting autism" is so hard to get diagnosed with. I was literally organizing thousands of Pokemon cards for hours at a time just to redo them all a different way because I found a cooler way to organize them a few days later, playing Pokemon for hours on an already completed save file that had maxxed the time already leveling and breeding charmanders on the same double battle until they reached level 100, and playing Pokemon related playground games for hours at a time, and watching the anime whenever possible, and even getting into the creepypasta scene because of Pokepastas, and even more things with Pokemon that I still do as an adult, to the point my friends ask me about the music and I can go "Oh this song was in these games in this moment-" and nothing. No diagnosis. No speculation. Not even the thought popped into anyone's minds.

But the second I talk to someone to get diagnosed after transing my gender I got it very quickly like it was nobody's business and like it was obvious the whole time. He even asked "Why didn't any of your previous therapists ever diagnose you?"
