Fushimi somehow receives the inheritance from his family, and he decides to use that money to install air conditioning in the dorms.

Finally, a way to use all his family's money for good instead of evil! Maybe this is the one way Fushimi will actually take his inheritance, like say Kisa had set up some kind of trust for him with Niki's money that he could access once he turned twenty. In all the chaos with jungle Fushimi doesn't end up getting the letter informing him about this until way later on, just as it's starting to get warmer out. Of course his initial reaction is that he wants nothing to do with this money, even though it's a large sum it's not like Fushimi needs that kind of cash and he definitely doesn't want it if it came from Niki. It's around this time though that the dorms are getting hot and sticky and everyone's complaining about the heat, Fushimi's started hiding out in the library to keep cool. He's playing on his PDA there one day when he hears Munakata walking by talking to Awashima, Awashima's mentioning how some of the squad have been complaining about the heat and asking for air conditioning in the dorms. Munakata notes that unfortunately this is a rather old building and it would be quite difficult to get air conditioning installed in the dorm area. Scepter 4's budget has tightened some since the destruction of the Slate so now it's even less likely that they could afford such a thing. Fushimi appears in the doorway and he's like 'Air conditioning. How much would it cost?'. A week or so later and the squad are all just like sitting by their nice shiny new air conditioning vents enjoying the cool breeze of the air being pushed through, the dorms have never been so cool and comfortable. Hidaka wonders where Captain found the money to finally get the air conditioning installed and Fushimi just sits quietly in a corner near the thermostat, smiling to himself as he looks at the empty trust account and figures okay, maybe for this one thing it was worth using 'that guy's' money.
