What were Anne and Tim like as pupils?

Hi! Do you know anything about Anne’s time at Benenden School? Did she enjoy it there? Did she have any titles like Prefect or Head Girl? A

We don’t know that much about Tim as a pupil. When the letters were stolen and the press were trying to dig up as much info as possible about him, most people from that time said he was a good student, very straight laced and determined. He wrote for and became the editor of the university newspaper while he was there, and some people nicknamed him ‘Tiger Tim’ because of his tenacity in getting stories. I feel like @annefic knows a bit more about student Tim.
