My biggest problem with baldurs gate 3 is how many things my group and I house rule.

Maximum hp on level up; honestly, low rolls on hp scare me.

Reliable healing (automatic max roll on healing sources); just means you can strategise around your abilities better, imho.

Savage criticals: (1w+mod +weapon maximum roll) just makes criticals ALWAYS a thing to be awed by, you never roll 3 1s and do less damage than a regular hit.

Goblins: do not have funny dog heads
