saw this post from @cluedoenthusiast and i had to come and talk about it too ‘cause it’s been driving me nuts for close to two years now.
alex’s weird tic/dance/move/thing he always does during teddy picker.
most commonly after the solo, right before he says the last line of the song. he almost always does it, either twice, or once, or you can see that he wants to do it. at first i thought it he was checking his in-ear monitor pack, since it’s right in that spot, but considering he does it at the same point in the song every time it can’t be. i have no explanation for it.
and just to add another fun fact, he always spits at the same point during dancefloor if he’s gonna spit. he either doesn’t or he does it after he sings “montagues or capulets”

the milex fic is actually happening. it’s about sour gummies // this is so so cute because of their whole haribo thing (miles talks about them a lot) and Al’s always had a sweet tooth he loves discussing gummies in interviews apparently (jelly babies (zane lowe 2007), swedish fish (humbug interview), that AM era one where you can see haribo in the car he was in next to where he’s sitting ) and slightly unrelated but when he had icecream sandwiches for his birthday or something and the kitkat cake idk
anyways tldr: the story revolving around sour gummies makes sense
yeahh i think it just made sense cause miles posts about them all the time, i don’t remember those interviews you’re talking about, i do know what pictures you mean and they’re hilarious, seeing a fully suited up mr snarl with haribo on him lmao. also, for that birthday with the ice cream sandwiches, he had a full on ice cream machine there. AN ICE CREAM MACHINE. man gets to the point of being insanely rich and that’s what he does with his money. i can’t blame him tho.
speaking of interviews and his sweet tooth, there’s this one from humbug, in 2010, where they spend half the interview talking about cadbury cream eggs and i can’t deal with it. also don’t come at me if the captions aren’t 100% accurate, there’s like 3 people speaking over one another, i tried my best. there’s also a little bit of an interview from 2007 that i added at the where he’s, again, eating some sort of candy or chocolate, it’s adorable.
