💛 for 4 random headcanons of our muse’s relationship

#1 → lily is the only person who’s seen caitlin cry about her mom. and the one person she doesn’t mind talking about her with, in fact every year on her mother’s birthday she asks lily to come visit her with her. they bring her flowers and you know she’ll sit with caitlin and it’s because of her that she doesn’t feel stupid talking to a grave stone. 

#2 → caitlin high key feels bad about the situation that lily is going through with her siblings. especially given the fact that her dad can’t help, because he’s too busy drowning himself in alcohol to even care about the fact that his daughter may need him for something. however there have been rare instances where she does get him to pay attention long enough and since her dad is a police officer the man has been able to pull some strings here and there. and those four times he’s done have been the four times that he’s been sober long enough to actually interact with. 

#3 → she once proposed to lily at a cheddar’s restaurant when they both realized they didn’t have enough money to cover the bill. so she made this huge scene and talked about having a terminal disease and wanting to spend the rest of her life… however long or short that would be with the love of her life. even apologized for not having a ring, and so the girls got their meal payed and even dessert from some of the customers who were there to witness it all. 

#4 → she makes lily mix-tapes, like they did in the 80′s literally goes out of her way to find ways to turn songs that remind her about lily into tapes. and she like writes cute little notes on them and or stuffs them in her locker, she’s up to like tape 50 atm. she plans to get to tape 100 before lily’s next birthday and then she wants to do somethig to commemorate she just hasn’t decided what that is yet.
