lily would storm out and arthur would cry. he wears his emotions on his sleeves and lily is the stronger of the two about these things. fights are always taxing for arthur bc he’s someone who’s had to fight for the things that he wants and that didn’t come with its own consequences, he’s fragile in his standing bc he’s been told so much that he’s less than and so when he has a falling out with people love, it’s so much more than it is to him.

arthur! he loves the holidays a lot and he’s got a bunch of decorations from his childhood so it’s really important to him and i think he’d love to share that experience with lily? i mean depending on when... like... if after lily’s parents... left... i think he would be a little uncertain and careful about it but holidays and celebrations are important and he’d want her to feel loved and important so if she doesn’t want to decorate then he’d give it up for her
