I'm going to start off by saying I haven't written a post in ages so this is how awesome of an event this was.... Me and Jenna finally met lillypad07 and it was amazing! We've been speaking online for 3 years. 3.whole.years! Meeting people in real life that you've met can be a bit dodgy (so many of us have heard) but this was like every single exception. We all had a lot in common and it just worked out to be the least awkward meet up and I for one felt so relaxed and as if it was a regular thing. It was soooo odd but so incredibly amazing. I'd definitely put in a lot of effort to make it happen again!

For your questions post thingymabob: What did you get up to yesterday? :)

Mmmmm yesterday I skyped with my mom for a bit so she could see Posy, and I got groceries and I also bought some nice jeans for quite cheap at Plato's. I watched an episode of Gilmore Girls and made pigs-in-a-blanket for dinner and I finished reading In the Afterlight. I worked a bit on the fic I started the other day (by "worked" I mean I added like three sentences but whatever). Ummmmmm that's kind of it, I think :)

That's so bizarre! Did you find their owners?

Not really. There was an invoice in the bag they left and it had a phone number for the pet hotel on it, so my mom called them and they came and picked the dogs back up. They were supposed to drop them off at home and left them at the wrong house LOL

Yup, don't really understand that at all ;) Eeee excited for the package! I'm sorry I am not quite so organised cause I suck. I'm going to be away over the weekend till mid week but after I get back I will go shopping and then get your package toyou!

Aha yeah, it's kind of hard to explain without like, showing you the whole test and scoring guide and explaining a lot of the theory behind it lol

Yeah but of course it was amazing cause you're amazing and super clever :3 Well done, glad you've had a happy event! What was it on? (not that I will have a clue what you're talking about probably but I still would love to know)

Pffttt :p We just had to present an article pertaining to our research. So mine was a criticism of the methodology of tests of creative thinking. Currently my research is focusing on refining the scoring of flexibility categories on the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking verbal tasks.

oh, you know the drill. thinking old thoughts that i know hurt because i almost can't help myself, kinda like pushing on a bruise even though you know exactly what's going to happen. when will i ever learn, eh?
