Just, because.
I'm going to start off by saying I haven't written a post in ages so this is how awesome of an event this was.... Me and Jenna finally met lillypad07 and it was amazing! We've been speaking online for 3 years. 3.whole.years! Meeting people in real life that you've met can be a bit dodgy (so many of us have heard) but this was like every single exception. We all had a lot in common and it just worked out to be the least awkward meet up and I for one felt so relaxed and as if it was a regular thing. It was soooo odd but so incredibly amazing. I'd definitely put in a lot of effort to make it happen again!
So today I met my two closest internet friends in actual real, real life. Like, they were sitting in my living room kinda real life. They have been a constant source of support and laughter for three years and I’m so glad we finally got to meet up. I thought it might be awkward because, yknow, new people, but it was just the most natural thing in the world and I did not want them to leave. They are so awesome, such a lovely couple, and I can’t get over how much we have in common. I wish we lived closer and could hang out more, but hopefully we’ll be meeting up more often now. Meeting strangers on the internet is definitely not always a bad thing!
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR EXAM. YOU'RE AWESOME AND YOU'RE GOING TO ACE IT YOU WONDERFUL PERSON. Try your best to enjoy it, playing piano is a lovely thing to do and you deserve to have fun doing it. PS. My cat says good luck too (he would if he could, anyway) let me know how it goes! xxxx
Thank you so much Jenna <3 Posting this one to read tomorrow, hope that’s okay! I am trying really hard to see it as something exciting, though it’s difficult. Hopefully I’ll be alright :) Aw thanks cat :3 I did get to stop outside crazy cat lady’s garden (yes there is a crazy cat lady down the road from me) on the way back from my walk this evening, where there were FOUR KITTENS demanding my attention, so that was really quite therapeutic.
I shall message you after it tomorrow :) xx

Taking some down time is totally acceptable! Start off small, write a list of a few things to try and get done that day. Just remember, looking after yourself is the most important thing xx
You two are so freaking lovely. Thank you. That's sound advice Jenna.
Well today I did make a little progress in the afternoon. Here's what I crossed off my list:
Shower and get dressed
Go to the shop to buy the stuff on the list that dad left
Eat dinner
I do realise that is not a spectacular list, but the fact that I showered and went out of the house seems miraculous today. I feel so sluggish and demotivated, but I also feel crap about the fact that I'm not doing anything, but feeling crap is making it hard for me to do anything. It's a weird cycle. My dad is worried, I can tell. It drives me insane that even almost 3 years on, he won't let me have crappy days without suspicion. It makes me feel so guilty. He kept asking me if I was just ill or tired or what and it infuriates me that he expects me to justify my mood to him. At the same time, I can hardly blame him. I know he's doing it out of love. I think mam understands a bit more. She asked me if I'm finding it weird to be back home. I guess she understands how crap it is to adjust to normal life after having so much fun with Oscar. I hope that's all this is anyway.
Tomorrow's list is more lengthy, though I know already I won't feel like doing any of it:
Call the school I want to volunteer in
Call work
Reply to my friends about going for a meal
Clean hamster cage
Clean fish tank
At least 2 hours piano practice
Tidy my room
This turned into a kinda bloggy post. I do apologise. Got carried away there.
Grrrr. Just got home after an awesome weekend with Jenna. Nothing spectacular happened but I'm she makes me so happy and content. We literally have so much fun hanging out together. Waking up for work at 5am will suck but at least I have something to think about during the day
