Lime Caviar. . What is it? . The Australian finger lime is a thorny understorey shrub or small tree of lowland subtropical rainforest. (@wikipedia ) . Inside the finger lime’s skin are juice-filled pearls that ‘pop’ in the mouth. They are very sour and just so gawd darn delicious! .
