Lemons?

So, at my school the other day, I was waiting in the main entrance/lobby/office area and this group of like 3-4 guys came up to me and they said "Hey! You! Can you hear me?" (I was wearing my headphones) so I took one off and said "Yes,"

They then proceeded to ask me "Do you know where we can find any lemons?" I was very confused and said "Lemons?" They said "Yeah, lemons or limes," (btw there is a grocery store like 2 blocks away from my school and they somehow didnt know that???)

I told them "Uhh, theres a grocery store down the street," they then thanked me and walked out of the school, presumably to get lemons.

This was hella weird and considering they didnt know about the grocery store they probably weren't students which makes it weirder.
